How to Configure the Camera in the V380 Pro App

① Download V380 Pro app from Google Mall or other software malls

② There is a reset button at the bottom of the camera. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. When you hear the sound of a successful reset, the camera has been reset successfully.

③ Connect the camera through the 2.4G HZ Wifi network band, follow the 6 steps in the picture to connect, and you can configure it successfully.

A: Sorry, 4G camera cannot use in the USA, Korea, Chile,Japan, Mexico,Canada,Colombia, Peru and other American countries.

A: Hi, The two lens at the top of this device rotated by manual,please note. At the bottom of the lens can be rotated using software.

Q: How to open the alarm notification?

A: Open your V380 pro app,choose “profile”, then find out the settings–Alarm Message– Turn on the APP Push.

So, you can get the alarm notification on your phone.
