2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Downloadable software or digital control systems.

  • Installation or on-site services that have been completed.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • For service bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
