Return Window

  • Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The item received is incorrect or does not match the product description

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order solar panels, lighting systems, or automation equipment

  • Downloadable software or digital control systems

  • Installation or on-site services that have already been completed

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or mishandling

Return Method

    • Returns are accepted by mail/shipping only

    • Customers must contact us before returning any item

How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return or refund:

    1. Email support@zematglobal.com

    2. Include your order number and reason for return

    3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

    We will respond within 3–5 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs

    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Refund Processing Time

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

    • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • For service bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
